It’s such a privilege to be part of the Jozi Film Festival and this great mobile film competition. It’ helped to give us Jozi Filmmakers a voice.

This is truly the digital age that we can now shoot films on our smart phones. We are blessed with such interesting people in this country, and there is now no excuse to not tell stories, whether fiction or non-fiction.

This is the first short film I’ve shot on a smart phone. Usually it’s all big lights and fancy cameras. The greatest challenge while filming this was to not get phone calls while recording that ‘million dollar shot’
